With vibrant colors, rhythmic beats, and the spirit of unity in diversity, Nalanda World School celebrated its grand Annual Carnival on 13th December 2024, embracing the rich and diverse cultural heritage of India through the theme "हमारी सभ्यता, हमारी धरोहर".
The school campus transformed into a cultural kaleidoscope where the essence of India’s glorious past and present was brought to life by the enthusiastic participation of the students. From the snowy peaks of Kashmir to the sandy shores of Tamil Nadu, from the folk dances of Gujarat to the tribal art of Odisha—each state was uniquely represented through colorful stalls, traditional music, dance, food, attire, and artifacts.
The event not only provided entertainment but also served as an educational journey, instilling pride and awareness among the students and visitors about the diverse yet united spirit of India.
The carnival was a perfect blend of learning and celebration—a tribute to the timeless glory of Indian civilization. As the sun set, the campus glowed not just with lights and decorations but with a deeper understanding and respect for “हमारी सभ्यता, हमारी धरोहर”.

group has taken the commitment by providing professional guidance to its students in the
sports field. As Sports is the integral part of Nalanda institution which includes-

The main reason for having a computer lab in our school for every class group is because we focus on the progressive and evolving approach to ensure that our students benefit from current technology.
A smart classroom is a learning space that's been enhanced with educational technology and is designed to improve the teaching and learning experience. Here in NWS smart classes are equipped with a range of interactive edtech tools that allow students to learn, collaborate and innovate in incredible ways , all while supporting the needs of every learner . smart technology provide students more opportunities to interact with the content, the teacher and each other.
Interactive sensory rooms build on the concept of traditional calming sensory rooms and their enticing sensory stimulation, helping students to learn in a different way, these rooms enable users to influence their surroundings and receive compelling feedback and regards in the form of sensory development.
A activity room where students go in small groups and experience activities interaction. Here in Nalanda world school in Activity room we have games , art/crafts , and story hacks. It’s our belief that it’s very important for children to experience small as well as big work groups together. So that it will boost h their confidence and provides ample opportunities.
Art is diverse range of human activities in creating visual and expressing the imaginative and conceptual ideas. We have well furnished Art Room where Art and Craft classes are conducted in a vibrant manner.
Here in Nalanda world school there is separate , spacious and well equipped dance from for the students which facilitate aesthetic and artistic nurturing of the young learners.
A huge playground is fully utilise by our students. The students are accompanied by sports teachers who teaches different types of indoor and outdoor games. Different equipment are also provided to play cricket, basketball , skating etc . The pre- primary wing has a children’s park which is provided with colourful swings , slides , see -saw etc. we always follow the motto “HEALTHY MIND IN HEALTHY BODY”.
An effective library enhances students learning outcomes. So here in Nalanda world school we expect the best leaning outcomes by providing books aid each class group in the school library.
